Indigo Teen Magazine is built on passion, creativity, and community. Right now, our entire team, from editors to designers to contributors, are volunteers. Every story, every artwork, every page you see is a labour of love.
But love alone doesn’t pay the bills. For us to keep growing and to eventually compensate our amazing volunteers for the hours they pour in, we need your help reaching more people. The more schools, libraries, and communities know about IndigoTeen Magazine, the stronger our foundation becomes.
Why Posters?
We’ve designed a set of posters you can easily print and share. They’re bright, simple, and tailored to catch attention in the places young creatives already gather. By hanging one up, you’re not just putting paper on a wall—you’re helping amplify a space where teen voices can be seen, heard, and valued.
And here’s something else: these posters don’t just bring in submissions from writers and artists. They also help us connect with potential buyers—teachers, parents, librarians, and community members who want to support teen creativity by purchasing the magazine. Every new reader means more funding to keep this project alive.
Where to Share
Think of the spots that make sense in your local community:
- English staff rooms – Teachers can pass the word to students who love to write.
- CAPA (Creative and Performing Arts) staff rooms – Perfect for reaching budding artists, illustrators, and designers.
- Libraries – A hub for readers and writers alike, where discovery happens every day.
- Youth centers, cafes, noticeboards – Anywhere teens spend time and look for opportunities.
Every poster you place extends the circle of people who might discover IndigoTeen, submit their work, or simply feel inspired by the fact that a teen-driven magazine exists for them.

Why It Matters
Every time someone sees a poster, there’s a chance they’ll take a step toward submitting their poem, their short story, their illustration—the piece of themselves they’ve been waiting to share. Those submissions bring IndigoTeen Magazine to life.
And with enough visibility and community support, we’ll be able to secure funding and begin paying the young creatives and volunteers who make the magazine possible. That’s the dream: a sustainable space where teen artists are supported not just with encouragement, but with real resources.
✨ Will you help us spread the word? A few printed pages in the right place could spark someone’s journey as a writer or artist and bring us one step closer to making IndigoTeen a lasting home for teen creativity.
